78% single origin dark chocolate studded with crunchy, house-roasted Nicaraguan coffee beans. Both crops come from the same volcanic highlands in Matagalpa. Same soil, same families, different plants, one bar.
Slow-fermented and stone-ground in Nicaragua, then tempered and finished in our Wicker Park shop.
