This is chocolate at its most honest. 88% cacao, no hiding behind sugar.
Made from our finest Nicaraguan heirloom beans, grown in volcanic soil at 800 meters. Slow-fermented and stone-ground in Nicaragua, then tempered and finished in our Wicker Park shop. At this percentage you taste the cacao itself: the terroir, the fermentation, the craft.
Tasting notes: intense cacao, clean mouthfeel, a long dry finish that stays with you.
