This is not hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is powder and sugar. Drinking chocolate is real, stone-ground chocolate melted into hot milk or water. Thicker, richer, actual cacao flavor instead of sweetness.

Made from our 78% single origin Nicaraguan cacao. Same beans, same fermentation, same quality as our bars, just ground for drinking instead of eating.

How to prepare: heat 8oz milk (any kind), add 2 tablespoons, whisk until melted.

Beyond the mug: stir into oatmeal, pour over ice cream, or use as a base for mole.
