Spend an hour where bean becomes bar and crop becomes cup. Our behind-the-scenes tour walks you through our Wicker Park roastery and chocolate factory, from the single-origin Nicaraguan cacao and coffee we know by name to the chocolate we stone-grind and finish right here in Chicago.

What's included

  • Hands-on tastings of our single-origin coffee and bean-to-bar chocolate
  • A behind-the-scenes look at how we roast, grind, and temper
  • The story of the farming families behind every batch

Saturdays at 11am. Plan for about an hour. Limited to 10 guests, so it stays personal.

Want a private or group tour on another day? Reach out and we will set it up.
