Pure cacao, cracked into pieces. No sugar. Just the bean.

These are nibs from the same Nicaraguan heirloom cacao we use in our bars. Roasted, cracked, and winnowed. What you're eating is the inside of the cacao bean before it becomes chocolate. Intense, crunchy, slightly bitter.

Tasting notes: intense cocoa, slight bitterness, nutty undertones, a real crunch.

How to use: sprinkle over yogurt or oatmeal, blend into smoothies, fold into cookie dough, or eat a handful straight.
