Spend an hour where bean becomes bar and crop becomes cup. Our behind-the-scenes tour walks you through our Wicker Park roastery and chocolate factory, from the single-origin Nicaraguan cacao and coffee we know by name to the chocolate we stone-grind and finish right here in Chicago.
