A delicate, lightly sweet brew made from the outer shell of the cacao bean. We steep it like tea: naturally light on caffeine, a gentle chocolate note, nothing added.

It's a quiet discovery few people have ever had. Hot or iced, on its own or with a little honey, it's the cup for the wind-down end of the day.

The husk comes from the same Nicaraguan heirloom cacao behind our bars, grown by more than 1,000 farming families across Nicaragua. We use the whole bean, so nothing good goes to waste.
