Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of chocolate or coffee. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality for every item we sell.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Photos of the damaged item

Please note:
  • Items that have been tampered with or consumed are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds
