Shipping Areas

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, and we take special precautions to maintain product quality during shipping, especially in warmer months:
  • Temperature-Controlled Packaging: When temperatures exceed 75°F (24°C), we use insulated packaging and cold packs to protect your chocolate.
  • Shipping Schedule: To avoid weekend transit, we ship temperature-sensitive orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday afternoon may be held until the following Monday to ensure freshness.
  • Summer Shipping (May-September): During these months, we may hold orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit.
  • Delivery Recommendations: Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or ship to a location where it can be stored indoors promptly. We cannot offer refunds for melted products due to delayed or missed deliveries.
  • Special Concerns: If you're worried about extreme temperatures in your area, please contact us for shipping recommendations.

In-Store Pickup

For our local customers, we offer in-store pickup at our Chicago location. Select this option at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

P.O. Boxes

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes during warmer months. Please provide a physical address for delivery during this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
