100% cacao. No sugar. No additives. The way cacao was drunk for 3,000 years before someone added marshmallows.
This is our ceremonial grade drinking chocolate. Pure Nicaraguan heirloom cacao, fermented 6 days, stone-ground, and ready to dissolve into your morning ritual.
Intense. Bitter. Complex. Not for everyone. Exactly right for the people who get it.
Tasting notes: Pure cacao intensity. Fruit acidity. Earthy depth. A warmth that builds from the inside.
How to prepare: Heat 8oz water or milk. Add 2 tablespoons. Whisk vigorously. Optional: a pinch of cayenne, a drizzle of honey, a splash of oat milk.
For ceremony: Use hot water only. Sit quietly. Drink slowly. The cacao does the rest.
12oz bag. Store in a cool, dry place.
