Get the best and the first of everything we make.
Our biggest box, monthly or every three months, plus a members-only release each quarter, included free and shipped to you before anyone else can buy it. This is for the person who wants to be a patron of the whole chain, not just a customer of it.
$109 of coffee and chocolate for $98. You save $11 every box, before you count the quarterly release.
Each box:
- Two 12oz bags of single-origin Nicaraguan coffee, roasted in small batches
- One 78% single-origin drinking chocolate, granulated, never a powder
- Three single-origin bars, a curated selection we choose each box
Then, four times a year, a members-only release we don't sell anywhere else: think small-batch barks, resting chocolate, and experiments from the shop. On us.
Most chocolate companies buy their chocolate. We make ours, from the whole bean, at our own factory in Nicaragua, then finish it in Chicago. The cacao is grown by more than 1,000 farming families across Nicaragua, fermented and dried in Tipitapa, made into chocolate at our factory in San Juan del Sur, then tempered and finished by hand in Wicker Park. That cacao has earned more than 300 international awards. When you become a Steward, every box helps keep that land and those families healthy.
Founding members: the founding 100 spans every tier. Become a founding Steward and you lock $98 a box for a full year, ship free on every box, get the cacao husk tea free in your first box, and first access to member drops. The founding window closes when the 100 are in.
Choose monthly or every three months. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next box, no fees. Free cafe pickup in Wicker Park if you'd rather grab it than ship it.
If a box arrives damaged, melts in transit, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll swap it or send a fresh one. No need to ship anything back.
