South Asian chai spices meet Nicaraguan cacao. This is the bar our founder Muffadal grew up dreaming about, and it's the one our customers reach for most.
62% dark milk chocolate blended with turmeric, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, and cinnamon. The spices are the ones his family uses in their chai. The cacao is from the farms he works with in Matagalpa. Two traditions, one bar.
Slow-fermented and stone-ground in Nicaragua, then tempered and finished in our Wicker Park shop.
Tasting notes: creamy dark milk chocolate, warming chai spice, earthy turmeric.
