Two ways to do this
Self-serve. You know what you want. Pick a tier, set your quantity, and check out to one address. No minimum, no quote to wait on. Custom, built to spec. Your list needs a plan, or you want a tailored assortment, your branding on the box, or a specific in-hands date. Tell us about your list in a short form, about five minutes. We come back with a recommendation: which tier for which group, a delivery calendar, the all-in number. You approve it, or you tweak it.
The three tiers
Every box ships in a gift box with two things people keep: a tasting card with a flavor wheel, and a postcard from where the cacao comes from. Match the tier to the relationship.
Taste. $48 a box. A bag of single-origin coffee and two single-origin bars. The wide-send tier, for new prospects and long holiday lists.
Ritual. $85 a box. Three single-origin bars, a drinking chocolate, and a bag of single-origin coffee. The default, the box most lists run on. A real gift, not a token.
Origin. $150 a box. The five-bar Origin Explorer flight, the 88% Extra Dark, a drinking chocolate, single-origin coffee, cacao nibs, and cacao husk tea. For the client who made your year.

Make it yours
Every gift carries a personal message, free. Your name, a note to the client, whatever you'd write by hand, printed on the card inside.
Want your logo on it too? A co-branded sleeve or your logo on the box is an optional add-on, priced on top. Send us the logo and you'll have the number before you decide. Plenty of these ship exactly as they are, though. The box already looks like something worth keeping.
Our promise: on time, or we make it right
This is gifting that makes you look good. That only works if every box lands when it's supposed to, in the shape it left in. So we put that in your hands, on both lanes, self-serve or custom.
We agree on three things up front. A delivery window. An address list you confirm. An order-by date.
Miss the window, and here is exactly what happens. We overnight a replacement at our cost, and we credit you ten percent of that recipient's box. No dispute process, no waiting on a claim. It ships the next day.
And if a gift shows up and something isn't right, tell us. We'll repair it, replace it, or refund it. You don't ship it back. We just make it right.
What you're actually sending
A gift that makes you look good, because it's genuinely good. Your client opens chocolate almost no company can match, and it arrives next to your name with a story worth telling: a brand built to regenerate the land and the families who farm it.
Here's what's behind it. The cacao is single-origin Nicaraguan, grown by more than a thousand farming families. We ferment and dry it in Tipitapa through Ingemann, our partner cacao company. We roast, winnow, grind, and conch it into chocolate at our own factory in San Juan del Sur. Then we temper, mold, and finish every bar in Wicker Park, Chicago. We own a factory at origin, so we can trace each batch back to the group of families who grew it.
It's made with cacao that's earned more than 300 international awards. When your client asks where it came from, there's a real answer, and that's the gift doing work long after it's opened.
Shipping and pickup
We ship anywhere in the US. For a single order, shipping is calculated at checkout; for a list, it's quoted flat in your plan, up front, no surprises. In Chicago? Skip it and pick up free at our Wicker Park cafe and roastery, 1553 N Milwaukee, handy when you're hand-delivering the top gifts yourself or the deadline is tighter than a courier likes.
Common questions
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Self-serve checkout is built so you never have to. The custom form does what a discovery call does, on your own time. If you'd rather talk, book a call after you see your plan.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum to buy self-serve, one box or two hundred. Custom, built-to-spec orders start at $500. And it doesn't have to be clients: plenty of these go to a team, an office, or staff appreciation.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes, published above: 10, 15, or 20 percent by order value. Start with the form and we apply it.
Can we add our branding?
A personal message is free on every gift. Your logo or a co-branded box is an optional paid add-on, never bundled in by default. Send your logo and you'll have the quote before you commit.
Is there a deadline?
No hard gate. You can order any time of year. September is just the smart moment to lock the holiday calendar before the rush. The earlier you're in, the better your delivery windows.
