More coffee to brew. More chocolate to explore.

Our largest box brings two 12 oz bags of single-origin Nicaraguan coffee, one pouch of 78% drinking chocolate and three single-origin bars we choose for each box.

Four times a year, a members-only small-batch release is included and sent to you before anyone else can buy it: another way to taste what we're working on.

$109 of coffee and chocolate for $98. Save $11 per box, with the quarterly release included.

Choose monthly or every-three-month delivery above. Skip, pause or cancel before your next box. Free pickup is available at our Wicker Park café.

If a box arrives damaged, melts in transit or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo. We'll replace it without asking you to ship it back.

Founding member benefits

The founding group is limited to 100 members across all three tiers. Founding members keep their joining price for 12 months and receive free shipping on every box.

Your first box also includes cacao husk tea, and you receive first access to member releases.

    Questions

    When will my order ship?

We process orders in 3 to 5 business days, and a little longer in busy holiday weeks. You get a tracking email when it leaves. We ship across the United States and Canada.

How do you pack chocolate for delivery?

Chocolate ships Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend transit. Above 75°F, we use insulation and cold packs. Bring the package indoors promptly. See our shipping policy for the full delivery terms.

    How should I store it?

Somewhere cool, dry and dark, away from heat, sunlight and strong smells. Each product's own storage note is in the list above.

Can I pick it up in Chicago?

Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we'll tell you when it's ready at 1553 N Milwaukee Ave, Wicker Park.

    What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, write to community@orochocolate.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Please report arrival damage within 48 hours so we can help quickly. For gift sets purchased directly from Oro, our make-it-right promise lasts 30 days from delivery; the 48-hour request does not shorten that promise. We'll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. No food needs to be mailed back.
