From Nicaragua
to Wicker Park.

Nicaraguan farming families grow the cacao. Ingemann ferments and dries it in Tipitapa. We make the chocolate at our own factory in San Juan del Sur, then temper, mould and finish the bars in Wicker Park.

The coffee comes from Nicaragua, too. We roast it in the back of our Chicago shop.
